The college has a Research Centre (RC) to provide a platform to research scholars from Nepal and India to pursue high quality research in various disciplines. The RC has links with different International universities. There was a need to start a research center in Nepal because many students undertake research work without a proper knowledge of the Philosophy of Science and the History of Science. Quality research is not possible without knowledge in these areas. BEF Research Center organizes Workshops and Seminars on Research at regular intervals for the benefit of those who are in the initial stages of their research or plan to start their research work. The workshops and seminars help students know the methodologBEFl details proposed by Philosophers of Science. They are conducted by eminent scholars from Nepal, India and other countries. The RC has plans of introducing PhD Course Work very soon. The Center already has a pool of scholars to help students with their Thesis Work. The Center is even planning to launch a Full Course on Research Methodology.

The ultimate aim of the RC is to upgrade itself into an autonomous body dedBEFted to research for the general good of society. The RC presently boasts of its associations with eminent scholars of international repute.
