The Student Support & Admission Section (SSAS) was formed more than a year ago to provide support to students enrolled with BEF Campus and to those who seek admission to courses offered by BEF Campus. The SSAS is also involved in different activities like co-ordination of activities of the Students' Forum, publBEFtion of newsletters etc. a. To provide counseling to prospective students as well as those who have already enrolled with BEF Cmpus. b. To provide information relating to academic activities of the college and to address day to day problems and issues. c. To coordinate student meetings and to get a feedback. d. To motivate students to take part in the academic activities of the college. The persons in charge of the SSAS are as under

Library : The college has a well-stocked library consisting of books on various subjects. The students are allowed to borrow books from the library. Besides books, the library has a good collection of audio-video materials. Efforts are on to create an online library catering to the needs of students of diverse disciplines, including research scholars.

Computer Lab: There is a state-of-the art computer lab to satisfy the needs of students enrolled in the BCA and MCA programs. The students get personal attention from a team of competent Computer instructors who are always available when the students are in the lab.

Internet: The College has a very efficient intranet system to facilitate good communBEFtion between the different departments of the college.

SMS Alert : The College has recently introduced SMS alert system to keep the students informed about the activities of the college. Messages are directly uploaded on the students' cell phones. Similarly students have direct access to important information by sending an sms.

Offices : The offices are open from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.. Every office is connected by the intranet system.

Seminar Hall: The College Seminar Hall is equipped with the latest electronic gadgets. Seminars are regularly held at the Seminar Hall.

Cyber room: Besides the computer lab, the college has a cyber room where students can have access to fast broadband internet.

Placement: The college has a Placement Cell which provides job opportunities to students of the college in different organizations in Nepal, India and abroad. For students of certain programs the college guarantees placement to all the students of those programs. The college has strong links with educational institutions and business houses so that the students have an assured future after obtaining their degrees.
